n Monday the students were grouped into 6, and I was in the same group as Vicky, Zee Leng, Jordan, and Yap. It was kind of awkward for me because I'm not good in working in groups especially with people I barely knew. Then it was decided that the group leader was Jordan, and the lecturers announced what the next assignment was.
It was to work with the group that already chosen, to walk around the campus area and to find a suitable context. Ours was a high chair. Then we had to document the pose using that context and we also had to think of two other transition poses.
At first we were told to draw lines using a red marker with 200mm intervals onto a 2000mm butterpaper. Each member did one so each group had 5 butterpapers. Then we pasted our butterpaper on the wall using a masking tape.
Then we discussed for a suitable context and how the transition poses were goint to be.
We decided to use a high chair and using the measuring tape we took notes of the measurements and also took photos of the poses.
After that we went back to the studio and took measurements of the model as we need to draw with 1:1 scale on the butterpaper that were pasted on the wall.

Finally we sketched the human body figure as well as the high chair using a pencil first then after we decided it was okay we outlined it with markers; black for the human figure and blue for the furniture.
